• Take into account the suggestions and corrections highlighted by the reviewers.
• The length of the final paper should be no more than 6 pages in A4 size, including figures, tables and references.
• All papers must follow the IEEE Conference format which can be downloaded from the following link [IEEE Paper Template]
• Please use the given template either in Word or Latex and do not use any other template. Failure to do so may result in your paper exclusion from IEEE Xplore.

1. The camera ready paper MUST be uploaded only through EDAS. Authors need to convert and check their final manuscript before uploading to EDAS at the PDF eXpress website.

• Creating your PDF eXpress Account

             - Log in to the                        

         EEE PDF eXpress site

• First-time users should do the following:

         1. Select the New Users             

- Click Here link       

2. Enter the following:       

                 - 61321X for the Conference ID

        - your email address        

        - a password                    

• Continue to enter information as prompted.
• An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
• Previous users of PDF eXpress or IEEE PDF eXpress Plus need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
• Download your final manuscript in pdf format from IEEE PDF eXpress, and then upload your final manuscript to the EDAS.
• Please complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Transfer Form (eCF) in EDAS.
