Paper Submission

 

  1. Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers of 4 to maximum 6 pages (A4 size), in the form of PDF file to the conference electronically through the following link https://edas.info/N34332
  2. Each paper must be original and unpublished work, has not been submitted for other publication elsewhere.
  3. All papers submitted must follow the IEEE Conference format which can be downloaded from the following link IEEE TEMPLATE
  4. The authors must not indicate their names, affiliations and acknowledgements in the body of submitted paper. The authors only give their personal information during the online submission.
  5. A peer review process will be used to evaluate all papers submitted for consideration. If a paper is accepted, at least one author need to register and present the paper.
  6. IEEE IEACon 2026 will be conducted fully in physical (onsite) mode. There will be no option for online or virtual presentation. Authors must ensure that at least one author is willing and able to attend the conference venue in person to present the paper, as a condition for inclusion in the conference proceedings and subsequent publication.

IEEE No-Show Policy

 Authors of accepted papers are required to register for the conference and present their papers in person. In the event that an accepted paper is not presented at the conference, the paper shall be classified as a “No-Show.” No-Show papers will be excluded from the conference proceedings, will not be submitted for publication in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, and will not be included in any other IEEE public-access databases or post-conference distributions. Registration alone does not constitute compliance with this policy; physical presentation at the conference venue is mandatory.
